Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machine(s), water-jet machine(s), etc.
- Good knowledge of AUTOCAD is a MUST.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
- Program CNC machines using CAD drawings, design software.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and packaging.
- Utilize hand tools and fabrication techniques as needed for assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Proven experience as a Waterjet/CNC Operator in a manufacturing/fabrication facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in CNC programming, GD&T, and tooling.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD for design purposes.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment while adhering to quality control standards.
